◙ Organization of elections of staff representatives: compulsory in all companies employing a minimum of 10 waged workers permanently employed after the successful completion of a trial period.
◙ Individual or collective dismissal: if it should be necessary to dismiss an employee, we will advise you on all aspects of the labour codes. We will also work to apply disciplinary sanctions contemplated by the labour code if necessary.
4- NON MOROCCANS:
For non-Moroccans wanting to acquire Moroccan resident status, we can ensure the drawing up and approval of foreigners work contracts by relevant authorities in order to obtain a Moroccan residence permit.
